Return Process

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional courier to pick up the item from your residence at a scheduled time.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
